Ready-to-ship pieces are packed by hand and sent soon after you order. Made-to-order pieces ship once they’re finished — Mara will tell you the timing when you order.

Every piece is handmade, so small differences are part of its charm. If your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch within a few days of delivery with a photo and Mara will make it right.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.
